Trusting?

Wondering if this is a doodle characteristic or a temperament?  Izzy lays on the kitchen floor traffic area when I'm cooking, etc.  She does not bat an eye or twitch a muscle as I step over and over her multiple times.  She has been stepped on at my mom's house and probably here too, but still trusts.  Anyone else notice this behavior?
