Wineries in Upstate New York

Some friends of mine will be driving out to Maine this year (from Illinois), so they'll be on Highway 90 through upstate New York.  They'd like to hit some wineries on the way, so does anyone from that area have any recommendations?  We'll be taking the same route a few weeks after them, but we'll be stopping in Niagara-On-The-Lake to visit another friend, so we should have time to visit a few of those wineries as well.

I am not sure about New York (but check the Finger Lakes area) but if you drive through Geneva on the Lake in Ohio which is right off 90 I can give you a few recommendations!
