Acronyms Explained

For those of you new to internet forums and discussion boards, I have compiled a list of frequently used acronyms and their definition (thanks for the suggestion, Tamara!):

AFAIK - As Far As I Know

ALD - Australian Labradoodle

DH - dear husband (the 'd' can mean many things depending upon your mood)

DW - dear wife

DD - dear daughter

DS - dear son

DM - dear mother

DF - dear father

F1 - first generation labradoodle or goldendoodle (one parent is a labrador/golden retriever and the other is a poodle)

F1b - backcross generation (one parent is an F1 doodle, the other parent is a poodle - - the dog is ¾ poodle, ¼ retriever)

FIL -  father in law

IMHO - In my humble opinion

IDOG - International doodle owners group

LMBO - laughing my butt off (or you can use an A instead of a B)

LOL - laughed out loud

MIL - mother in law

OMD - Oh My Doodle!

OMG - Oh My Gosh!

ROFL - Rolling on the floor laughing

ROFLMBO - rolling on the floor laughing my butt off (or A instead of B)

SAHM - stay at home mom

TBDITW - The best dog in the world (A title earned by, created for, and exclusive to none other than Jessica's Fionn MacCumhaill, AKA Finn).

WAHM - work at home mom

WTD - "What the Doodle!?"  invented by Joanne of Joanne~Spud to express befuddlement, exasperation, and just about anything.

BIMD - Back in my day

ROFLACGU - Rolling on the floor laughing and can't get up
