Gracie Doodle's First Attempt at Dock Diving 11-11

We took Gracie to her first dock diving experience with the Southern California Dock Diving Club. She loved it but would not jump in. She was so excited for all the dogs that went in and when it was her turn she would run up the stairs and run to the edge and then reach out trying to get her ball. She would cry and bark at it but refused to make the 2 foot jump. She loves water but only knows how to run into it as you would at the beach. We are not allowed to push her and twice she did fall in. She had a wonderful time but never accomplished the leaping lunge into the water...Maybe next time!
