What an adorable little birthday boy! Is Ned having a party with doggie friends next Tuesday? I sure wish I had driven up to the Huntington Beach Romp so Gracie and Ned could have met. We went a year ago and not knowing what to expect, arrived a little late and everyone was starting to leave. Maybe the next one we can meet up! Gracie is running around this week with her St. Patrick's scarf on too!
