This is at Deep Creek Lake (my partner's family has a cabin there) but in this area, we've taken him to Patuxent River State Park in Columbia and the dog beach at John Downs Park in Pasadena, MD. Not exactly close, but the best option in this area, I think. I know the dog park in Shirlington has a creek, but I've heard conflicting things about how safe the water is there.

Judging from your pictures, I think I remember you from the Doode Romp on 8/28!
