Get the middle size. I don't love the smallest one.  Don't go to PetSupplyPlus, etc.  A lot less money to order online. I got mine from Petfooddirect.com

Joanne,  I look at this and see a little boy running around his backyard holding a toy airplane in his extended hand.   Sooooo cute!

Ya, a few.  They are the last resort.  This flying squirrel by Chuck IT is the best!  I think Daisy should have one too.  No regrets on this purchase
