Cooper is at the National Arboretum in DC.  The columns are the original 1828 columns form the East portico of the Capitol.  They moved them there in the 1950s when they renovated the Capitol.  It's a great place to visit in DC.  They have an amazing collection of Bonsai trees and a lot of blooming trees.  Cooper was supposed to be on leash, but it was early morning and I just had to let him run around a bit in the tall grass.

Nice photo. What is this place, it seems so interesting with all those columns? Ha, just read Adina's comment, GMTA--great minds think alike.
