He was on the slide steps at the park.  A better view was in a doodlekisses calendar, but sometimes Ned just needs to be in jail!

LOL - I KNEW that was Ned the moment I saw the picture.  He looks like he's in one of those "bucking bronco" stalls they use in rodeos... open the gate and he'll come charging out!
