Deanna ~ Charlie & I do have a special bond.  He was 8 weeks old when we got him.  He was born on the same day our standard poodle passed.  From the moment I held him, he was so special.  He helped heal a hole in my heart and he is definitely my heart dog.  A little "old soul" from day one and he is so in-tune to me!  He is quite spoiled and the few times I have had to scold him, he comes over to me and put his paws gently on my shoulders and looks into my eyes as if to say - ok I am sorry.  He is a sweety!
