So, so happy for you!  There is nothing like that feeling of owning your first home.  May this be the beginning of many, many happy memories.  I hope kitty is doing well in his new environment.

Becka, my mother still says that phrase.   But she has one word for the whole sentence." May Ya"   but it means the same thing
