Willy the Wonderful Goldendoodle

About Me:

I'm an elementary school art teacher with a great husband and sweet, fun, but calm one-year old Goldendoodle.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Willy loves all living creatures. He's curious, playful and so loving. He thinks anything on the floor is his territory to love (or chew - only if it's a toy - he's incredibly smart!). That also means if you sit on the floor he will sit on top of you and expect you to pet him! He's so soft and feels like a curly Chenille blanket. He's an apricot - reddish color with some blond on the bridge of his nose. His favorite things to do are for you to pet him (on his belly or just anywhere!), to play ball and to chew any of his many chew toys. He loves the neighbor children and thinks its quite fun to run after them on their bikes or just sit with them while they play in the cul-de-sac.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

My husband and I grew up with Labs but he has allergies. We wanted to stay with the bigger dog breads and just really think doodles are miracle dogs.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

snuggle, play ball, watch him be so curious about new things

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

Pros really groom him, but we brush him and I give him baths (he REALLY likes to explore our back yard!)
