It was good to meet you, Simon and Dylan too, Barney and Pebbles slept most of the way home. The park was great, unfortunately we don't have anything even remotely like that here, all the dog parks are just open space. Sam said the one at Berowa was about half the size so we could give that one a go next time and probably around the same distance away for all of us. Aren't Sam's photos great, I am looking forward to seeing your ones.
Hi Amaya, we will be able to check them out on Sunday, Blenheim Park works for us as well. Just in case anything goes wrong my mobile no is 0418 205234. I am looking forward to Sunday
Hi Amaya - Barney is just a delightful dog that we were silly enough to go again. Pebbles is from Spunky and Toledo and she is the cutest thing. Now it is hard to imagine Barney ever being that small. The biggest issue we are having at the moment is that Barney wants to play rough like he does with Sam's Ollie and can't understand why we keep stopping his game when Pebbles squeals, but she keeps going back for more so I guess she is either a slow learner or is actually having fun. Have you got any more photos of Dylan you can put on DK - would love to see them.
Hi Amaya. Yes Pippa is Ollies mum and William is his dad. In some of our photos Ollie is playing with Barney (who we met by coincidence at puppy school) who I think is from Dylans litter.
Ollie has discovered that he can jump quite easily and we are struggling to keep things out of his reach!!!! He has figured out the boxes we have surrounding the christmas tree are easy for him to leap over so I am always getting baubles out of his mouth......
Ollies blue toy certainly doesn't look that clean and blue now.... lol.....
See ya, Sam
We don't know when we're getting him yet...I'm hanging on for a little chocolate fellow - and I can do that because we already have Jed, so the kids are not putting HUGE pressure on me. There are two lots of pups due in the next few days and then another one in January - so I think we should know soon!
Hi - what a gorgeous little puppy. You must be so proud. I am waiting for a little brother for my big Dood, Jed. Dylan is adorable, makes me want one even more (I thought I was over all that baby stuff....)
Hi Amaya, We are up at Gosford so we are really not that far away, an outing on a weekend to meet up with you, Faith and the puppies would be great. Yes they do all look similar and it sounds like they all know how cute they are and are really exploiting it. I brushed Barney last night (we try to do it daily to get him used to the brush) and he lost quite a lot of his hair - a lot more than previously so they must be getting ready to get their summer coat maybe. Barney is now at his first visit to the groomer so it will be interesting to see how he comes out. Good luck with the puppy school and if you find out anything about the biting let us know. We have finished puppy school but still can't get him out of biting - maybe we just aren't strict enough or consistent enough.
