- We live in Ellicott City and have 4 kids - 1 married and getting ready to have a baby and 3 in college. Our chocolate lab of 14 years passed away 2 weeks ago and we miss her terribly. We have discussed our (hopefully) new puppy and decided on a dark chocolate wavy fleece small labradoodle! Now the real work begins!! Finding a breeder....

Our chocolate labradoodle, Lita (Carmelita Claire) was born December 23, 2016 and came home February 18, 2017. Life is great!!!!

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- We decided a labradoodle would be much like our Sammi, but avoid the allergies that one of my boys has developed and the shedding!.
