What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Standard Apricot Goldendoodle, female named Brandi. Brandi will be a year old on March 2, 2014. We also have a pony and 1 cat too. She loves being outside even in a snowstorm. She now has a new friend, another Goldendoodle named Parker who lives nearby...they have playdates. She loves the doggie beach and always seems to find other goldendoodles to run and play with.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We had 2 previous dogs each smart loving Golden retrievers, loosing one to kidney failure at 4 yrs old and last year another to cancer at age 7. After much research we wanted a puppy closest to a wonderful Golden yet with less chance of medical issues especially the cancer factor and read wonderful things about Goldendoodles. We definitely feel we made the right choice!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

She is very smart and loving! Loves to run and leap and catch balls. She absolutely loves car rides, behaves very well in the car. Always making us laugh. A very quick learner. She loves the beach and ocean too.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

Occasionally have gone to Pet Smart but now we bought heavy duty clippers etc and do ourselves now.

Favorite Doodle Products?

Christmas ornaments, calendar, plaques and picture frames. The best toys for her are the extreme kong toys. She is a strong chewer( of toys ) . We buy a big soup bone and cook it up for her...... it gives her weeks of pleasure!
