What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Chocolate Labradoodle F1B Born 12-24-08. Her name is Malley Quinn and is our only pet. She is a very smart and loveable puppy.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: We really wanted a dog- but my one of my sons and I have allergies to dogs. So when I heard the success that others have had w/ labradoodles- we just had to give it a try. Not to mention we wanted an easy to train breed- and Malley is definitely easy to train!!!! By the way- she IS great w/ our allergies so far:)

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Walk and cuddle:) I love to hold her- I don't look forward to the days when I can't carry her around anymore:(

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: She's only 3 months old- but I did take her to a groomer to get her ears cleaned! While she was there- they trimmed her and I hated it! That won't happen again!

At 5:06pm on June 19, 2009, Karen, Jasper and Jackdoodle said…: Carrie, Jack saw his dermatology sepcialist this week, and she added a new supplement to his treatment...biotin, which is one of the B vitamins. It is very good for the skin & coat. She said to give him 150 mcg/per day when he is itchy or just any time, it's water-soluble so very hard to get too much. I was thinking that might help Malley, too. Jack is a pretty big dog, so maybe if you can find a smaller dosage, say half of that, that would be fine, too.
