How is life treating you? It seems like we haven't met in ages and I was wondering if you finally moved as you were planning or I just got a bit distracted. I changed my email and not the link here, it seems. I saw a great female on craigslist about Honey's age, but a bit heavier (80lbs). She said she's very shy, but Honey is as always by herself. In a pack, you know her! I hope you had a wonderful summer and maybe we can begin to walk again sometime.... Marla

The woman from the tea acts like the main character, Meryl Streep plays. Maybe all ultra powerful women are that way?!? I'm not sure, but thankful I'm not one of them.

At 12:18pm on April 2, 2009, Marla said…: Wow....Florida, a girl can dream.... The weather here is nice at the moment. I was just sitting on the patio and realizing that these are the best days of our lives. : ) I can't wait to see you. I took Honey to the dog park twice. I go at 9:30 when there's almost no one and stay until there are 4 or 5. This way she isn't "greeted" extensively and it's OK so far. I figure once a week is enough. This way she's OK with others long term. She's still not thrilled about being sniffed. : ) Saturday we leave to visit family, leaving the husband here at the house. He likes time alone to fiddle. Look forward to getting together once we are both back! Need anything from Rochester?

She dloesn't like how it looks (messy) and wants to give away her desk. Do you want an antique mahogany desk? I'm trying to decide if I should Craigslist it or Freecycle it. Any ideas? We are trying to declutter and live with what we want and need and not so much the stuff we don't ever use.

I remember we mentioned some weeks would be better than others. Look forward to putting it on the calendar. Honey is looking lonely these days, wondering where Sadie and Harry are. She's playing in the yard just now, enjoying the sunshine! Hope yours are doing the same.
