Lucy & Lilly are goldendoodles. They are 3 1/2 years old. They are littermates and are the best dogs ever

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We had 3 golden retrievers 4 10 11. Trinity, Annie, Molly. They were our babies. We lost all 3 over 18 months. All had cancer. Trinity the 4 years old had cancer of the heart. Annie had an aggresive form od skin cancer that went to her liver and panceas. Molly was the last to go but probably had the sickest for the longest and didn't show it. She had cancer in all her organs. Annie had epilepsy also. We want to find a breed that had less health problems. We love the golden retriever breed great family dog friendly easy to train. When doing my research the poodle . . less shedding and probably the highest intelligence. So far no health problems, the most loving dogs I have ever seen. It has been challengening have 2 dogs from the same litter at first but now I wouldn't have it any other way. They are the joy of our lives.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Just hanging out and training them.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

That's our problem. Just got the back from grooming and she buthered them. Shaved all their leggings off and almost all the way down to the skin on thier backs. Looks like she didn't even have sharp scissors when she did their faces.
