Hi Christine, if your parents want to be considered, they need to submit an application TODAY. We are very close to choosing her new home and were planning to notify the people within the next day, so it's crucial that they submit that app ASAP. They must have vet records in their own names for at least one dog, and live within 200 miles of Palatine.
