About Me:

I am a very active person who loves dogs. I can honestly say, a dog is always (whole life) a part of my home. Now that I am retired it is fun to be with my dog daily for long walks, dog parks, hikes and hopefully she & I can be a team down the road to bring joy & comfort to others as a well trained therapy dog IF she qualifies.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Multi Gen Goldendoodle. Jesse turned 18 months the 31st of January. She is smart, super lovable and great with all the commands I have taught her...accept when at a dog park or meeting a new dog on our walks, all bets are off. She is super social like her pack leader.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

My goal and passion is to train her to be a therapy dog for the elderly. One of my previous 'best friends' was a golden retriever. Toby was his name & was such a great dog but shed like crazy so I wanted a golden again without shedding for the main purpose of taking her into homes or hospitals.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Meeting other dogs and people at the dog park. I have been liery of dog parks but she loves it sooooo much that I just stay close to her at all times since we have encountered a few that should not be there. I love to take her on trips with me, however lately she has been getting car sick which is not fun clean-up.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

at doggie day care I finally found a gal that does a great job.

Favorite Doodle Products?

I have bought A LOT of products. My most fav is her Kong. I place a little wet food with kibble in it for her treat. She looks forward to it.
