Own a 7 month old mini Golden Doodle after nearly 35 years of big wonderful newfoundlands. He's a wonderful sweet tempered energetic and delightful dog but I simply seek others who have or are knowing what to expect with a dog under 150 pounds :-}

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Wanted another Newf but all my friends said - NO. A friend had one and she was a dream so I took the plunge. GREAT WONDERFUL HAPPY DECISION. He is a JOY - on steroids ( not literally)

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We love running the beach and playing fetch. He probably would vote for combing which makes him sleepy happy and so easy

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

I just had his first haircut at 7 months but I comb him daily. HE LOVES IT
