About Me:

I am at 72 year old women in good health. I live in rural Virginia on a five acre lot with my husband. Our home is very dog friendly due to the fact we,(my husband and I) have had doge for over 30 years. All retrievers....We own a 3 bedroom/2 1/2 Bath/1 kitchens/2dinning room and 2 living rooms. We live in a 142 acre subdivision, where there are no restrictions for animals. But do have a fenced in front yard (abt 1/2 acre),that leads to the front porch. The dog we intend to adopt will live with us in our home, and will be exercised out side. My husband and I are retired and like to walk up here. If we should die prior to our adoptive dog, in our will the people who get out estate will also take the dog. Its already agreed and stipulated in the will.

I had 3 retrievers in my life time. One lab/golden, and other 2 were Golden Sister from different litters (But same parents).
Our last Golden Passed at 14 1/2 years... We loved they all so very much.

Where did you get your doodle(s)?

Breeder, Gift from Friend/Relative

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

WE love the nature of the Goldens and needed a little change, but not too much.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Play/Walk/Hike/Garden and just have them around us.
