About Me:

I own an antique mall/store. My husband is retired but helps me around our store. We live in the country, not in town. I love to refinish furniture with custom paint design, make crafts, and ride motorcycles. We have 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandbaby.

We have Bess, our 2 yr old 50 lb solid black Doodle, (1/2 lab 1/2 standard poodle). Peaches is our older Boston Terrier. And Sophie, our Shih Tzu rescue from Hurricane Katrina.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

My niece has Doodles, and we both have loved them from being around hers. My husband retired Jan 2015, and we were looking for a bigger dog. He wanted a lab, and I talked him into a Doodle. We didn't want the hair shedding since it would be inside our home. And Bess is his baby. They play fetch all the time.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Take walks, she comes to our store to visit, play fetch, snuggle
