Retired former schoolteacher. My husband (of 44 years and also retired) have enjoyed 40 years of labs together.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Currently without canine companions, although we often dog-sit for friends and relatives. We have never had a Doodle, but that option is one we are considering.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We were attracted to Doodles because we have friends who have had them. Also attracted to a lower rate of shed hair and less of an irritant to allergy sufferers. But we have also enjoyed the dogs we have known who have all been smart, charming and loving.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

When we have dogs, they and we usually walk at least 2 miles every day, rain or shine. We also have a large securely fenced yard and a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood.
