About Me:: Retired and full time mom to two doodles, a lab and a golden retriever - all rescues or rehomes that are special needs or a senior.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Labradoodle - Oakley - 3YO - pure nut job that is happy 24/7, he's my left hand shadow.
Goldendoodle - Gabby - 2YO - has cluster epilepsy that isn't quite controlled, yet - she is calm and super sweet. My grandsons call her their little lamb. She's my right hand shadow.
Lab - Bo - 95# lapdog that just wants his belly rubbed. He's a rescue from LA that at 2 YO was HW+ but cleared of that and doing very well although one of his shoulders is riddled with buckshot. :( He's so darn sweet, just a love bug.
Golden Ret - Callie - she's our matriarch at 11. She has slowed down some due to arthritis and bad hips but don't mess with her Frisbee as she will kick your behind. She is daddy's girl but will nap with mama if daddy isn't home (she said don't tell daddy).

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: All my dogs found me. I had a poodle growing up and I currently have a lab and golden and knowing all their temperaments knew I would love a doodle. I love all dogs but these two doodles are my soul mates.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: We have an acre so they have lots of room to run. Frisbee, ball, just chasing each other. All of our dogs always go on vacation with us to the gulf coast. We fish, they eat fresh fish with us. Explore new smells, explore the world.
