Judy, you are really doing the right thing by researching here on doodlekisses so that you will learn lots about doodles. I know of a couple of breeders here in So. California that are near enough to you to visit - one in Cherry Valley and one in the Riverside/Norco area. You would want to check their reputability for yourself as I only have a couple of friends who told me about them in a positive way.
You are welcome. If you are interested in an adult rescue in your area go to the front page and notice CA Gracie. She is fostered with the DRC. I can give you more information if you are interested.
Welcome, Judy. I live in Riverside. This is a great place to learn/share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy!
