About Me:: I have adopted a Golden Doodle named Lucy and a Labradoodle named Fritz from the DRC and they are my world. I am a special education teacher at the middle school level and have a wonderful husband and three terrific adult sons.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We have Lucy, a Golden Doodle who we believe is around 3 years old, and a Labradoodle, Fritz-Bandit who is 18 months old. We also have a Beta fish named Midnight. :)

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I was drawn to the breed due to their non-shedding tendencies and loved both the Poodle and Labrador breeds.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: I spend as much time as I can with them and love to play, cuddle, and go for walks. There is also NOTHING like getting doodle kisses!

Would you be willing to Dog Sit on occasion for other DoodleKisses members? (You are NOT committing to anything by saying yes - you are just saying you might be willing to do this if you were acquainted with the other member and the circumstances were right.): Yes

There seems to be quite a few showing up in rescue situations. I do not know if it is the fact they are so cute, and then when someone gets one and finds out what it takes for grooming, etc, they decide they cannot handle it or what. So sad.
