About Me:: I live at the New Jersey Shore. Married to the most wonderful guy in the world for 32 yrs! Mother of 2 grown sons and Grammie to 3.
And I am a mosaic artist who has not touched her work since little Miss Polly arrived! That needs to change somehow !

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Polly is a female Aussiedoodle and we have an elderly female shitzu named Pepper

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My friend who breeds Standards showed me her Female Aussiedoodle Rebel and I had to have one. I have Polly from Rebels first litter.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Right now with Polly being so young it's fetch, she's very good at it at 10 weeks I look forward to seeing how she progresses with other jobs,

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: My friend who is a breeder and owns 2 grooming biz in Brick, NJ

Dinners out, met so many Doodles here We met 2 DK families here and then in person. What wonderful people!! Friends for life.
we are tyring to get together at Manasquan Inlet in March - hopefully we will get a day!
We should be heading back to the in 10 days or so. I am hoping that they will be over by then.

Thank you for my welcome. I can't wait for the first romp. Mya went to the dog park today as it was cold but not windy and since we are expecting snow tomarrow, today was the day. She did well. We do need to work on our recall a little better but their were so many dogs she did not know who to play with first and being a puppy with the attention span of a nat.....it took a few calls but I would rather have had to just call once. I am a little stricter with mine but I do need to spend some more time as I am always with my clients dogs... mine are lack a little here and their in their training. Over all they are pretty good.

Polly is a beautiful color. Is she a minature , medium or standard size Australian Doodle. Mya is a small standard. And is at an awkward stage of growth which makes her clumsy and clown like. Kasey is good but sometimes you can see it in her eyes when she looks at Mya as if to say" Good Greef!! grow up and settle down soon please." We just laugh. Ooops a client is here and I must run. Talk to you soon. Have a safe trip back up here from florida and do bring some warm weather please.

We crosspost between the two when there are get togethers. In November we met on Sandy Hook and we had about 40 doodles there. We send out messages when romps are coming up.

Dogs are allowed on the beach in Ship Bottom and Barnegat Light from October 1st thru April 1st or 15th (I can't remember the exact date for sure.) Blaze loves to dig in the sand. He also likes to eat everything!

The whole munitions thing is definitely crazy! I live only a few blocks away from the school and library!

I know what you mean about the energy level, Blaze is the same. I've been told they usually calm down at around 2 years of age so I still have a while to go!

Samantha & I live in Short Hills, NJ. She begged & pleaded to get out of the cold and DH & I finally gave in and we left NJ for our apartment in Florida. On the way we stopped to visit friends in Richmond. Belinda from the Richmond group invited us over to meet her and she surprised us with 16 Doodles that came over to play. We have also met several DK members here in Florida. You have found a wonderful extended family here in DK.
I hope to meet when we get back next month.
