About Me:

I am a 27 year old NEW mommy to the most perfect doodle named Logan. I work full-time as a Disability Services Coordinator at a local university. I am a lover of the outdoors and enjoy adventuring anywhere and everywhere in my spare time. Logan fits in perfectly with my free-spirited lifestyle!

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

I am the PROUD owner of an F1B Goldendoodle named Logan (aka Logey, LogiBear, Logan Ashley). He is almost 5 months old and has been pure joy since day one. His nickname with our beloved veterinarian is SassyPants for obvious reasons ;) He's full of personality and brings a smile to everyone he encounters. I am also the proud mommy of two precious kitties, Ginger and Skipper. These two are set in their ways, but I believe they enjoy the energy Logan brings to the house!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I grew up with two poodle mixes in my childhood home, Roxy (14) a Shitzu-Poodle and our beloved late Billy (16) a Pekingese-Poodle mix who we lost this past Spring. Rest in Heaven, sweet baby. Losing Billy (Bubby) took a tremendous toll on my entire family, and shortly after I began my search for my very own puppy. I knew I loved poodle mixes, but always wanted a dog that was a little larger in size. I began researching Labradoodles and Goldendoodles and fell in love with everything I found online. I walked into Petland in August, ALWAYS having told myself I'd never purchase from a pet store because there were so many dogs waiting to be rescued in shelters and pounds. I had been browsing online rescue sites, with no luck. The moment I spotted Logan, he instantly reminded me of my sweet Billy. I called my Mom in tears and she insisted I leave and think about it. Several hours later, my parents met me at the pet store and fell in love, too. Y'all know the conclusion to this story ;) I'd never been so sure of a decision in my life, and I maintain that stance to this day!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Play, play, play. We love adventuring through our little French city! We love to swim! We love to run and fetch and play with our (Aunt Roxy)! Logan recently travelled to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for his first lengthy road trip, and he was perfectly behaved! Life with Logan in it is just a little sweeter !

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

He has not been groomed yet, but will be groomed by the groomer affiliated with our vet.
