Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My husband wanted a larger dog and I wanted minimal shedding and slobbering.

Ohio, Western Ohio, New Jersey, and on my way to PA in March to meet up again with Doodle friends. But none are too close. I often badger people I meet locally when I meet them with their doodles. I think I overwhelm them with my enthusiasm and they run :) HA!

I was a member of FB's GoldenDoodle Group...ughhh. I had to leave the group. It drove me crazy. Lots of bad advice and people giving away doodles, breeding 6 month old puppies, and ... well, I needed somewhere grounded. Maybe I was just there on the wrong month. I lasted only that long. But one good thing about the group is that good people do find us here on DK.

My husband's last name is Priest. He graduated from Stow in 1976. He had 6 brothers and one sister with a blended family. The other brother's last names are Siebert. They are all probably 4 years older than you are.

I see you joined the Black Doodles are so hard to Photograph, Group. Oh, I would LOVE to try and photograph your dog.

If you want some help, we all hang out a lot in the Photography group here. We get a little overboard taking pics of our dogs.

Again, very nice to meet you here. Hope one day we can get the dogs together to play.

We are neighbors! We now live in the Portage Lakes are but my husband and I did live in the Falls. My husband is from the Falls and Stow.
