About Me:

I am a retired music teacher and life-long dog lover. My husband and I have always had Labrador Retrievers while our three children were growing up. Our last lab, sweet Shelbye, crossed the rainbow bridge in 2015.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

We have an Australian Multigenerational Labradoodle named Tillie. She will be two years old in January. Tillie is the sweetest and smartest dog we have ever had. Our neighbors call her "5th Avenue" because she is so beautiful! She has a white and apricot fleece coat. My husband calls her Princess White Cloud!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Getting older made us realize that we needed a more "portable" dog than a large Labrador Retriever. We did a lot of research about Labradoodles and thought one would be perfect for us. We were certainly correct!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Tillie loves to run and p,at with her ball in the backyard. She also helps me in the garden, picking and eating cucumbers and tomatoes. Most afternoons we visit "Aunts Betty and Marge", our neighbors across the street. The rest of the time is spent playing, cuddling on the sofa, and sleeping in our bed.
