About Me:

I am a 63 year old married woman.My husband and I had a Lab/Australian shepherd mix for 14 years. She passed away about a year and a half ago and we decided it was time to get a new dog. I work at home as a graphic designer so I am home with our puppy. We have 6 grandkids.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

We have a Goldendoodle standard - she is considered a sugardoodle because her mom is an English Cream Golden Retriever. She was born on November 14, 2016 and we brought her home on January 7th. Her name is Josephine or Josie!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

My daughter has a golden retriever that is such an awesome dog but we were concerned about the shedding. A friend has a goldendoodle and after researching dogs, the golden doodle seemed to be a good choice.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We've only had her for about a week and a half so not sure - she is a good fetcher - will know more when we can actually take her out - after her vaccinations are complete.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

No one yet! Just me, She does not like to be brushed at this point so I give her a treat and brush her.
