I am looking for a Goldendoodle puppy. He would be the only dog in our home now although we may add a second dog when the time is right. Our beagle (Elvis) just passed away in late June at age 15 after a long struggle with kidney disease. I had a large miniature poodle when I was a child who thought he was a standard.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We are looking for a smart, friendly, active dog.
