About Me:: We always had dogs when I was a child, but Sophie is the first for me as an adult. I definitely shoud have done this sooner. Its been amazing how much she has changed my life.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Sophie is an austrailian labradoodle. She is sassy, very funny and she loves everyone - she's definitely not a watch dog! Sophie is especially interested in befriending rabbits and cats. Most importantly, she is my best friend.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I read much about labradoodles and with my bad allergies, she seemed to be the perfect choice for me.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Sophie likes to go after tennis balls when we play outside but she won't bring them back to me unless I bribe her with treats. When the weather is nice, we take long walks and we always make time to wrestle on the porch. Games are very important to her!

Favorite Doodle Products?: Sophie is an extreme chewer and has eaten nylabones and kongs. She however just had a tooth removed (it was fractured and there is evidence that other teeth are chipped). I'm looking for soft but durable toys for her.

To read how they wanted to tear down Angles Gate and not allow them to help such sick animals in need was beyond me, or force them to move. I will never understand how or why one person or a group of people could single out someone who is trying to help an animal in need, it just makes no sense. No one else wants these animals, or to give them a home to live in so they are not prematurly euthanized. I really admire that they care so much for sickly animals. I also like the fact they are a 501 (c) 3 organization, so you know every dime donated is going for the benifit of the animals there. I'm not certain, but do they have other Angel Gates in different states. I know we have a horse farm near Doylestown PA that does horse rescue and it's similar to this and I think also for dogs. I loved the squirrell drinking out of a bottle. It reminded me of the time we tried to save a baby. I would also be interested in donating to Angels Gate if Honey won this contest, and talking with my sister on going halves donating on a monthly basis. Thank You so much for the Votes, we greatly appericate them. I have never heard of Angel's Gate but if you please send me some more information concerning them I would like to check them out also and would donate to them also. I know there are thousands of charities out there to support and it's hard to choose between so many, so this is why we choose the two that are so very dear to us, IDOG.BIZ and Gabby Jack Ranch. They both cover my dogs lives and what they stand for with Rescue and also Service Animals. Thank you again so much...Love Denise HannahNHoney
