About Me:: Hello,

I'm an East Coast transplant living in San Diego, CA. I enjoy the outdoors and all that San Diego has to offer. I enjoy walking, running, rollerblading, yoga and pottery. I'm finishing a doctoral degree in clinical Psychology, and hope to use my 2 doodles as therapy dogs in the future.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: My partner Karl and I own 2 doodles. We named our 1st doodle Logan. She is a 1.5 year chalk female. Our 2nd doodle is Darwyn. He is a 4 month old chocolate boy. Logan and Darwyn quickly bonded and are best friends. Both Darwyn and Logan are multi generational labradoodles with roots in the Australian breeding program.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: For several reasons: disposition, intuition, low to no shedding coats, intelligence, their amazing eye contact to humans and just because they are so cute. Also, we became familiar with the breed from a woman using her doodle as a service dog - we were amzed from then on.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: We love to go to dog parks, the beach, long walks, hikes, attend puppy play dates with friends, obedience classes, agility classes and take our dogs to wine bars with us.

Favorite Doodle Products?: Les Pooches brushes. One word to describe them: Amazing ! (well worth the $)

I'm adopting Winston, an F1B labradoodle rehome from Michigan. He is Cute! When I read that you'll be training the dogs for therapy, I got so excited. Winston has had some training, was being used to help special ed children and autistic children in Michigan. I intend on getting him formerly trained with a program on Kearny Mesa. Lets keep in touch. I'll be receiving Winston in 2 wks approx 9/27.
