What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
"Whidbey" was born on January 7, 2013! She's an F3 Goldendoodle
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Gift from Friend/Relative
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
I have read a great deal about them in years past. When my friend's Doodle gave birth, and I found out the Daddy was also a Doodle, we just couldn't resist!

Nope!

Shauna Mallory @ Blue Ribbon Pet Salon in Mukilteo

they go to Scampers in Kirkland on Mondays and then I have a dog walker on Wednesday and Thursdays. Daycare for 2 dogs is super expensive so i'm trying to figure out if I can keep up with it or if I need to look at my other options. It is just hard right now having the 2 dogs and trying to work a full time job and make sure that they are getting out enough.
Congrats on your adorable new puppy! Ours (Brady) is a mini doodle but because our puppy 'overnight' training went so well I thought I'd write. Although I didn't start crating him at all until about 4 mos (and then just if I went out - no more than l hour or so) our night time ritual went perfectly. Brady slept in bed with me - sometimes on the floor beside the bed with room door closed. I'd take him out before bed (10 - 11 p.m.) and NEVER engaged him at that time other than 'go poo-poo'. When he did his business we had a wee party of praise and fun. Then directly to bed and once after a little cuddle, kisses, good boy, & GOOD NIGHT....never said one word to him. On the rare occasion that he woke up before morning and wanted something I would in an almost robotic fashion pick him up, no talking whatsoever, take him out, "poo-poo" - very calm "good boy", carry him back up stairs to bed - "Good night" . It worked like a charm and still does now at almost 2 years. He will stay in bed in the morning an incredibly long time. Even when husband gets up, says good bye Brady doesn't budge...not until I do. We also bell trained him at about 5 mos (waited way too long)
and simply brushed the bell (no talking) as we went out the door to do business. He caught on within a few days and continues to use them now. Good luck to you....hopefully all goes well for you.
Once Whidbey gets a bit bigger we can definately have a play date. My 2 guys go to daycare so I don't want to risk them giving your baby anything since he is still so young. The next 2 weeks are pretty crazy for me but should slow down after that. I'll send you a PM with my cell number in it so we can get together. I can't wait to meet your cute little pup (oh and we can do coffee too though)!!
I also really like Blazing Onion, but that is also expensive. We had Red Robin back in IN but not Blazing Onion so it is something new for me to enjoy.
Is Burgermaster any good? I always drive past it but have never eaten there. We are a little further north of there. We are right near where they are putting in that new dog park (Tambark Creek Park)
Suzanne, be sure and join the Puppy Madness group! Lots of advice and info on puppies! Puppyhood is a challenge at times, but you will love every minute of your Whidbey growing up!
