About Me:

I retired from teaching after 31 years and have been teaching part time the past 3 years. In my 33 years of marriage we have had a golden retriever, a labradoodle and now a goldendoodle. I have 2 grown sons that also love dogs.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

I have a one year old goldendoodle named Posey. We got her from a rescue 2 days before Christmas in 2015 when she was 11 weeks old. She is named after my husband's favorite baseball player, Buster Posey. She was black as a puppy and is turning silver. We can't imagine life without her!

Rescue

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We had rescued a labradoodle and after he passed, we decided we wanted to rescue another doodle. There are so many great qualities about them and not shedding is a plus.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We love to go on walks. Posey loves to chase her Jolly Ball in the backyard. Of course snuggling on couch watching TV is also great!

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

A groomer at doggie daycare.
