What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
Wendy,
How are the puppies doing? Can you believe they will be 1 year in just two weeks. Time goes so fast. How are they doing? Daisy is doing very good. She' a little shy with people around but I'm trying to take her out more. She's great with other dogs and kids it's just adults. She weighs about 39 lbs now. How about yours. I'm curious to know how much more Bo and Maizie weigh.
Are you in contact with anybody else from our same litter? I hope the owners of the new Gail/DeBon Aire litter join this site. I'll have to post a new general message because they went home on June 19th.
How are things with the puppies? I'm so glad you posted some more pictures. Daisy is now 36lbs. How much to your two weigh? Can you believe they will be a year old in just over 2 1/2 months? It's going to fast!
Daisy is still counter surfing but not as bad. Some days I come home from work and there is shredded "something" on the living room floor. But really, that's the worst of it.
She jumped up on our bed Fouth of July morning at 5am and scratch my eye. I've been going to doctors non stop since then. They say it will take about 2-3 months for the swelling of my eye to go down. I took an eye test yesterday and I couldn't even see the large letters. What a bummer....protect those eyes!! Now whenever she jumps on the bed I instantly cover my face.
Are yours jumpers? She doesn't jump over a fence but she just kind of "boings" straight up with such ease.
So fill me in your their personalities, they both look sweet.
I finally weighed Daisy. She's only 33 lbs. at 7 months. I can't believe how much smaller she is than your two. She's perfect for us. A friend of ours thinks she's perfect and I see Shawna is breading the parent again but I'd be afraid they'd end up with a big dog instead of one Daisy's size. I've been trying to get a hold of her but it's hard. I think I'll post on this site. Maybe she'll see it. If it wasn't so soon I might be tempted get another one from that litter. I'm not sure we are ready yet. Two at a time is plenty.
Did you get your pups back all trained? I'm waiting to see some new pictures.
She's now up to 32 lbs. Not near what your two are at.
Daisy gets her first hair cut next week so I'll post new pics after that. That first hair cut is always a little nerve racking. I hope my groomer does a good dog. She's always done a great job with my other dogs.
She just got spayed a couple of weeks ago. It went so well. You can't see an incision at all.
Hi, How are you and your puppies doing?
Daisy is doing great. She is such a lovable and mellow puppy. She has her moments but when it's time to settle down and relax in the evening she's right there with us. Our piggest problem right now....she's a food hound. She will eat anything and everything she can get her mouth on no matter where it is. She never seems to fill up!
She's now 28.4 lbs. What about your two? They were so much bigger than Daisy. I'm curious to know how big they are.
Do you have any new pictures to post? I'd love to see them. I just added a video of a doodle playdate we had. Go to my page and check it out.
Hi!!!
OH MY GOODNESS! Bo and Maizie have gotten so big! They are looking really great. With them being F1B you never know how curly the coat will end up but they are looking great. I love the pictures you posted of them. Their heads in the dish. It is such a great thing that they got to stay together. They were attached to one another from the get go.
Please give them kisses from us!
I had to change the name of my group to DF Doodles. Please still join if you'd like.
Keep me posted with how your pups are doing. I hope to see more pictures as they grow.
They are so big! Daisy was the Hot Pink girl and the runt of the litter. We wanted a small dog between 40-50 lbs and Shawna did a great job at matching us up.
Are your dogs pretty easy to train? Daisy sure is! She was house broken in 1 week and knew sit, down and "high five" in the first 48 hours of training.
That's what we were looking for, a smart dog, and that's what we got!
