I am an animal lover, a dog lover and I especially love doodles. I am always interested in learning more about them.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

I am mom to Duffy 1.5 yo goldendoodle who is a big love and a total joy! Our other pup is BOE' 15yo rescue (mostly cattle dog) from Puerto Rico. She is pretty slow these days, doesn't hear or see well but is a very happy girl just the same. We have a rescue DSH kitty named Gussie about 7yo (we rescued her from a dumpster when she was a kitten and she is the LOVE cat). Lastly we have a Senegal Parrot named PJ who is 26yo and also a very sweet soul. All of our kids get along with each other and are happy, friendly kids.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I have had dogs all my life. We had a 13 yo golden retriever that we lost almost 3 years ago and a 17 yo minpin that we lost 1.5 years ago. We had met both labradoodles and goldendoodles and really enjoyed the breed, personality and looks. We are active and enjoy taking our dog(s) with us as well as hoping to do some therapy dog work in the future and decided that a goldendoodle was the right breed for us.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Everything! We hike, we swim, we walk (even a little jogging). We go to training classes. We go to the park and the dog park. We play in the back yard. We have done some agility. We go for car rides and to the beach. You name it... and soon we will be starting therapy dog training.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

Yes!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

Our groomer and we do brushing ourselves also

Favorite Doodle Products?

Duffy loves Honest Kitchen food and treats. Tennis balls to fetch (especially in the water).
