I'm a retired Speech Pathologist; have 2 children (in grades 5 and 7); have been married for 18 years and currently work for my husband

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

Labradoodle - His name is Kona. He's black - named after the black lava in Kona, Hawaii. We love Hawaii and we love our dog a ton. He's so much fun. Gets into trouble (loves things off the kitchen counter) because he's so big and can reach so many things. Our favorite word at home is "off!!!!" He's a great runner - trained with my husband and myself for a 1/2 marathon. He's great company and loves the exercise.

Breeder

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Had heard they were hypoallergenic (the non shedding thing is a huge bonus!); smart; funny; good natured.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Run; go for walks; take him to the coulee dog run; just hang out

A little bit but nothing major

furminator (to brush Kona); large dinosaur toy (really well made - Kona can't destroy it in minutes); bully sticks
