- I'm married to the love of my life (Bill) and we live in Blaine, Washington. We live in the 'country' and enjoy every day to the max.

- Milly is a Black standard poodle/brown lab mix...she weighs approx. 75 lbs and is the bounciest dog I've ever seen! She loves to play, she loves to sleep (usually on her back), and she loves to go for walks.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- We wanted a low shedding dog
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- We 'love' to play rope! Our Milly loves to run through puddles (but doesn't like to walk on wet grass????). We walk for 45 minutes to an hour everyday, so Milly gets an adventure everytime the red leash comes out!

Hey, I just heard that the president elect is looking for a labradoodle (from a shelter) as the offical dog....regardless of your political view, how cool is it that a doodle will be the 'first' dog.....love it! Even better that they'll be looking to re-home a pet....now that's definatly a step in the right direction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Potty Training (the best of times/the worst of times)

So, its 11:00 at night....we are trying to potty train Milly (the dog) and trying to teach her to navigate the three steps out the back door..must take Milly outside...must put Spooks the cat into the garage for the night
I'm convinced the dog has a concusion (from falling off the back steps trying to get down them) & a broken leg (from tripping over my arm when I was sitting on the floor with her)......the dog really isn't hurt except in my mind of course

We got about a half inch of snow here today. Enough to close down the schools and results in early dismissal of employees.
Yes we are supposed to get snow here tomorrow which is very rare. I live on the SC Coastal plain, and we rarely get snow. The middle and upper parts of the state get it once every few years, but we hardly ever get it here.
We have had record breaking cold temperatures during the past few weeks. My house was SO cold on Saturday that I did not want to do anything but lounge around. We have heat pumps which work okay until it gets really cold. My doodles are going stir crazy!
How is your weather? How warm was it yesterday? I noticed you said you could have taken the top off of your convertible.
