Wilson and Murphy had a playdate today with Wilson's littermate, his sister, Indie and Murphy's full brother from a different litter, Tyler.  All four have the same daddy so they are all siblings/half siblings.  It was almost too much cuteness for me to handle.  They are all so sweet, smart and cute.  Wilson's sister is Murphy's color and Murphy's brother is Wilson's color.  Whole bunch of cuteness :)   Now if only it had not been 34 degrees and raining.…

I can't believe my sweet baby Murphy turned two years old today!  Murphy is my first dog in my adult life...he has totally changed my world.  There are no words to explain the love that I feel for my Murphy Doodle.  He is the sweetest, most soulful, sensitive, intuitive and brilliant creature I have ever known.  I had no idea how big my heart was until Murphy came into my life.  He is "my special little man" and will always be my baby Murph no matter how old he gets.  He celebrated his…

Baby Wilson was neutered today...hard to believe he will be six months old next week.

I waited until this morning to tell him where he was going today as I didn't want him to worry his little doodle head about it.  So I woke up early and told him all about what would happen today and all he wanted to know was why he didn't get to eat breakfast.

On the way to the vet I realized this would be the first time I had ever taken Wilson anywhere and left him...so I worried about it all…

Wilson is finally home.  We introduced him to Murphy in the front yard befor bringing him inside.  Murphy was very polite, only slightly interested. Wilson gobbled up every bite of his dinner.  Murphy ate nothing. Wilson wanted to nap after his long car ride so I put him in his day crate while I opened some wine and threw some take out sushi on a plate.  He woke up and started screaming, I ignored him, Wilson screamed, Murphy totally lost interest in his brother and went upstairs to be with…

Meet Wilson!   He will be coming home in 11 days.  I have been on a waiting list for a BIG red doodle for one year now.  Guess what????  The one I fell in love with, baby Wilson, is NOT going to be big.  I think probably bigger than Murphy but not by much I don't think.  It must be fate...he was my pick at 2 days old and meeting him person just sealed the deal.  He is even sweeter than he is cute.  I can't wait to bring him home.  I just hope Murphy loves him as much as I do!  He was 4 weeks… Continue

Murphy has always been a very picky/slow eater.  I am usually late to work several times a week because I can't get Murphy to eat in the mornings....until now!!!  Webber (Linda, Webber and Seda) gave Murphy this treat ball for his birthday.  Linda put some treats in it and Webber showed Murphy how to use it.  I wasn't sure he actually had the hang of it but Tuesday… Continue
