Libby turns THREE!

I’m turning three and I am so excited.  My birthday is on March 31^st, but my Daddy is having surgery so we celebrated early.  Some of my cousins came over to wish me a Happy Birthday. I waited at the door for my family and when they arrived I ran ( zoomies) all over the house I was so excited.  Everybody laughed and I didn’t even get in trouble for once!  Mommy had special cupcakes that looked just like me and I received some really special gifts.  There was even a box of cookies made just for me!

I have really grown up since Mommy and Daddy brought me home on June 13, 2010.  I have learned my manners and do not get into things that are not mine.  Although if food is left out where I can reach it I have no control and I am working on leaving it alone.  Big job! 

I now sleep with Mommy and Daddy every night and it is so wonderful.  We are all happy although Mommy sometimes complains she has no room for her legs.  I don’t understand that because I can stretch my legs all the way across the bed.

I also get to roam the house now when they go away and it is so much nicer than being in the crate.  They close only three doors and I either sit in my favorite rocker or go up on their bed.  I’m a very good girl while they are gone because I know they are watching me on a Doggy Cam.  Every once in a while I smile at them.

I'm sorry I didn't post earlier but happy birthday Libby you are one beautiful birthday girl and it sounds like your mom made sure you had an amazing birthday Lonnie so glad to hear your husband's surgery was a success. Those cupcakes look wonderful too. :)

Thank you everyone for your Birthday wishes for Libby and your get well wishes for my husband.  Libby enjoyed her family and her party, although she is still a little "cranky" she did not get one of the cupcakes!   My husband is home and the surgery was successful.  Sorry I did not answer each of your comments individuality but my "nursing" duties have taken over my time!  LOL  Whoa! is all I can say when a man is not feeling well:)
