Are puppy teeth lucky?

So 2 days ago I was brushing Abbys teeth with a finger wipe and I felt something loose; and hanging there by a thread of skin is her molar with a new one poking out underneath. Another wipe and out it fell. Pearly white and shiny. I wasnt sure what to do with this puppy tooth. Do I put it under her cushion? Leave a pigs ear there for her in the middle of the night? Nawww that would be ridiculous. I put it on the windowsill and today I decided to throw it away.

Now at 11:20 at night I realize I should have kept the tooth! I bet it is good luck! - and I have to row in the Dragonboat Regatta on Saturday. I could have made a necklace out of it! It will go with the whole facepaint warrior theme. I think I better go dumpster-diving right now! I hope nobody scraped soggy mini-wheats into the garbage can.

Do what my hubby used to do - play tug-of-war with Abby and get her pulling really hard. One is sure to pop out! LOL Hubby and Penny used to be playing in the kitchen with the tile floor and sure enough, we'd hear "PING, ping, ping, ping..." as a tooth would fly out of her mouth and go bouncing across the kitchen! :-)

I've got several of Halas' teeth, too. But I'm not sure if I would have gone dumpster diving for them. I'm sure there's another loose tooth in there somewhere, so you just need to encourage another tooth to come out, so that you can win that regatta.

Hope you find the tooth. We used to find Yankee's on the carpet when we stepped on them. I hate dumpster diving.....it's so gross. Make sure nobody sees you.

I still have 4 puppy teeth from my last dog, who was born in Feb.1990, lol! I don't have any from my kids, but I have the dog's!
I definitely think Abby should have gotten a surprise from the tooth fairy!

I managed to find 6 baby teeth and I kept them all in a little tin. Can't bring myself to throw them out, they remind me of when my monster was just a tiny ball of fluff, and I need reminding of that some days! They don't seem to have brought any good luck in particular but they do make me smile. :)

Oh please let us know if you found the tooth. I wish I could have found one. Where do they all go? People say they find them. Oh wait. That must be what is sticking out of the side of my arm!
