Bad Day!

Just want to say today was a bad day at the groomer. We asked for the same length as last time and we picked him up and he was completely shaved! We were told it was a misunderstanding. Hopefully it grows back fast!

I am so sorry that happened! I am also very nervous b/c we just dropped Wrigley off at the groomer for the first time!!! We told them to only trim around her eyes, feet, and privates. She better not be shaved when we pick her up. Maybe I should call. :o) On the other hand, she may have torn the building to shreds by now!!! Diva Dog will never be the same!

Oh, Colleen!!! I am sooo sorry to see this was done to him!!! They gave no other reason other than it was a misunderstanding? He wasn't matted or anything? I am sorry, but this just isn't acceptable. That is shorter than short!!! At least it is only hair and it will grow back. :0)
