Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Our June Bark Box came the other week. Much to our dismay, we didn’t have a “Gold Bone”inside, therefore we aren’t traveling to NYC compliments of Scout and the Bark Box team. None the less, we had a blast making the video and sharing our humorous moments with you!
The Boys however, were super excited with the aroma coming from the box because it held all the trimmings and fixings for a great 4th of July pupnic…
After all why should pet parents be the only ones celebrating and having fun. Here’s a look at their goodie box…
A “ginormous” chew bone from HEARTLAND PREMIUM. I’ve never seen such a thing…
It’s size alone is intimidating. Carter, a furrend of The Boys loves these types of treats so we always give them to him. He’ll probably need a nap afterwards for sure!
I like a good glass of red wine, and DH enjoys Apple Ale. This 4th of July The Boys will sip onBOWSER BEER…
Not making this up - this is a beef based drink, without alcohol or carbonation. Fortified with glucosamine which is great for joints. I think I’ll serve this over crushed ice on the deck – “Pup Slushies!”…
They can enjoy their beverage with either their bag of “Puptato Chips” (made from dried not fried sweet potatoes) which are low in fat and high in vitamins. Or their grilled burger treats fromWHOLE LIFE…
If you read a blog post called HARLEY HOUDINI you’ll understand why Harley is “hovering” over the Bowser Beer…
On a more serious note: The 4th of July can bring on extra anxiety for your pet. Fireworks are beautiful to look at, but sometimes for our furry family members it can be terribly frightening. So last but certainly not least, our box contained DALE EDGAR’S “Calm K-9 Nutri-Wafers” complete with Vitamin B, Omega-3, and Chamomile to sooth Harley’s frightened nerves…
A paw wave and a WOOF-WOOF to Scout and the Bark Box team, The other day they sent apawsome card, thanking The Boys for entering the contest….
Along with a monogramed paw towel…
And a Cool Treat Smoothie that I can grab out of the freezer on one of those hot summer days in the backyard after a good “Renaldo” chasing romp - who by the way has brought along a friend lately (more on that another day)…
Wherever you go and whatever you do, have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend, and please hug your pets when the rockets go up!

As always, thanks so much for reading, and I promise to keep writing…

Mazie loves when the UPS guy brings her Bark Box each month. What fun it is to try new things out and share with her friends. Its fun for all!!
We get Quincy's food delivered and of course, treats included and sometimes a new toy- now whenever he sees a cardboard box, he thinks it's for him.
fun pictures! thanks as always for sharing!
I just love your blogs about the boys. Do you ever wonder what you did BEFORE the boys came into your life?? ha ha Have a great 4th!
