Best Big Sister

I am so proud of Abby! She is such a great big sister to Kaela! The minute Abby met Kaela she was happy, friendly and playful. She is so warm and gentle to Kaela. She loves to play wrestle, roll, chase, tug, and run with Kaela and is always entertaining the pup. Yet she is so soft and gentle to her, as well. She is happy to let Kaela have the first drink. If Kaela wants something Abby has, Abby is kind to her and lets her have it. When Kaela is doing something funny (such as growling at the scary bicycles) Abby watches her with a cocked head, smile on her face as though to say "Isnt my sis just the cutest darn thing!" LOL They greet each other with enthusiastic wags and a quick lick to each others snout when they have been seperated for a while. Its heartwarming.

They are both lovie-pies but at the same time are such a nice contrast to each other, Abby is boundless energy and enthusiasm and is obsessed with greeting people with A "Hi Im Abby Love Me I love You Im Abby Good Abby So Excited Kiss Abby Hug Abby Here Is My Head Pet It Im Abby I Wag My Whole Body I Love You I Am So Happy To See You Love Abby I Want To Jump Up And Kiss Your Face Im Abby Can You Just Absorb Me Into You I Love You Hi I Am Abby"....

Kaela is "who ...kinda scary, Im a puppy dont hurt me, hi I think, but a bit scary you are, I better just keep my distance"

Kaela is the calmest, most laid back dog, She is really sensitive and negative vibes (reprimands) upset her. While Abby is stubborn, doesnt listen, and laughs in your face. LOL! Abby is full of zest and enthusiasm and Kaela gets the comment "I cant believe how laid back she is ....and this is her hyper age!" LOL

Anyways a wonderful pair in every way! What nice Doods I have! I am so lucky!!

Sounds like Kaela is getting the benefit of her "puppy pass". Abby will let her know when it runs out (usually about 14-16 wk). Having 2 is such fun. We can't imagine ever having another "only" pup.

LOL mine are the same as Yankee and Finn...except Honey is a shredder and Hannah is the angel. They only have a difference of opinion over one bone, other wise they share everything. When one is away from the other they miss each other terrible. I try and seperate them as much as possible because if something were to happen to one...the other would be so lost. I think it's good that they both get their own time and space, and thier own individuality.

Yeah, my two are opposite too but the puppy is full of zest and Yankee is laid back and very sensitive. BUT, Yankee wasn't into that sharing thing at all. They still want what the other one has, even if there is two exactly the same. You are lucky they share so well.
