An old story, from when Camus was 3 months old.
One very early morning, Camus was let outside just for a minute. That was enough for him to find and eat a bee. Within five minutes, we couldn't recognize our pup. His muzzy was bigger than his head. He could barely breeze. And we had no idea of what had happened. Scary! Of course, on that day, we were the first ones at the vet's office. 2 injections, $150, 2 hours and our pup was back to normal.
On the next morning, when we were walking in the park; Camus was, as usual, trying to pick up leaves, pine cones, trash, papers, paint stains. And I was: "drop it, drop it, drop it". "Camus, dro... give it to me!". What is that? $5! Good boy! Now, you just need to find another 29 papers like that one if you want to pay your vet bill.
P.S. the pic "Ouch! I have eaten a bee" is in the gallery (taken not at the worst moment).
