Charlie Brown is 3 today!

Today is Charlie's 3rd birthday.  When I woke up this a.m. to his sweet little face on my pillow, I could not help thinking about the first time I saw his face - he was only 4 weeks old.  I found out his birthdate was the same day as we lost our standard poodle and I knew it was meant to be.

From day one, I felt a special connection with this boy.  I have always felt he is like an "old soul".  I love his sweet demeanor, his quietness, and that wonderful little shuffle I hear when he walks around the house behind me.  Time has gone by so fast since we got him, but I guess it does that when you are having fun!

Happy Birthday to you Charlie Brown! What a beautiful little boy you were and look how stunning you are now! I always wonder if our little Jilly will some day have Charlie Brown's coloring! For now she is still a deep chocolate! Hope you had a fun and special day!
