"Sometimes we hurt those we love the most." This quote sprang to my mind when I saw what was left of Milton's best toy in the whole-wide world, or so I thought.

Why would Milton hurt Piggie like this? It's unfathomable. Of course he still has Squeaky Crocodile and Racoon, who, thankfully, just returned from Animal Hospital to ease the pain, but it's just not the same. Well as parents, all we can tell Milton is to try and regain some semblance of normalcy -- Learn from your mistakes. March onward and upward. Always remember the good times.
RIP Piggie |
As for us, Momma and Daddy Dog, I think we will miss the incessant <oinking> most of all.

Ohhh...:-( Poor piggy....
Poor Piggie. We too went through the incessant oinking that brought laughter to our house. What a weird and funny sound. Unfortunately, the piggie was silenced only after a few days.
Luna has a favorite stuffed squeaky green alligator called "Pickles" that she's had since she was a baby. I've sewn him back up multiple times, but she still manages to tear holes in him. My DH found a Pickles replica at the store made by Kong, so now we have 2! Maybe you can find Piggy the Second for Milton
?
Yes, I suppose Piggie was loved to death! As of this morning, Raccoon is now gone too. I thought Milton actually swallowed the squeaker, but I just found it -- thank goodness!
Piggie was truly loved to death!
wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, all the home!
Poor Piggie! Milt just had a little toooo much fun with Piggie!
Looks like piggie has been through the mill ! We have lots of partial bodies at our house too...they always find the weak spot to chew off...but it's fun while they last :)
